AREA OF PRACTICE
Banking and Finance
QGN Law Banking and Finance Department advises leading banking and financial institutions and corporate entities on their financing requirements. The Department consisting essentially of the Consumer and Retail Finance Team and the Corporate Banking Team, is led by our Mr Quoc himself and this team is a composite of all the various departments in our Firm retaining the comprehensive banking and finance relate experience having advised on disparate financial transactions varying from single bank dealings to syndicated facilities and is capabel of structuring strategic arrangements including the documentation fo the resultant financial transactions.
Property
The Property Department is headed by Mr Quoc who oversees the banking and financing aspects related to the Property Department's requirements and this team has wide industry experience and working knowledge.
Our firm continues to represent developers, institutional lenders such as banking and financial institutions, building society and individual Australian and non-Australian investors on all property matters with emphasis on commercial inderstanding and flexibility.
